Canning & Food Preservation with Shannon Gamache! Shannon is a homesteader with over 15 years of canning and food preservation experience. She will be holding two Canning 101 Lectures with Q & A as well as two hands on waterbath canning classes. -Hands On Garlic Planting Class with Darren Cugno, of Cugnos Farm, an organic farm on over 75 acres in Colchester CT. Organic Garlic Seed Cloves will be available for sale for planting in your own garden!
