The backbone of Hop Culture Farms and Brew Co is our hop growing operation. As first-generation farmers we have honed and cultivated our growing operation over the past 4 years, and have tirelessly pursued excellence in both our farming and our processing practices.
We feel that this comes across in the quality of our finished hops. We do all our own processing here so that our hops go right from our roast house to pelletizer. This ensures ultimate quality control, minimal oxygen exposure and delivers you the freshest hops possible.
Our hops are tested by an independent lab for desirable characteristics including both alpha and beta acids, hop storability index and moisture content. We grow 6 different varieties currently, and will be expanding this year as well. Please see our current varieties below.
